Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item oder, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.

Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for individual orders. If you wish to have your items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product is returned to us.

When can I expect my delivery? 

Item will dispatch from one of our international warehouses, subject to stock availability. Normally, you will receive your item 7-20 working days once payment is received.
