Shippings & Returns
Our products are shipping from our international warehouse, your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped not later than 5 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Order placed between 4pm to 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the next Monday. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment.
Thank you very much for choosing Dudoo Pets. Dudoo is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If our products didn’t meet your expectation, you may return your purchase within 7 days from delivery . We do not accept any returns after 7 days from delivery date.
If you receive defective products, please contact us immediately in order for replacement or repairing. If a replacement is not available, then a full refund will be issued with the original payment method.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shopping tracking number and specific reason for the return. We will refund the full amount ,upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories.
If you order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse ( up to 14 business days). All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Some personalised products, may not be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note for change of mind.
